How does a return work?

1. Pack the item

Please package the item in the original box.
 

2. Sending the return

Please return your order via the Post office / contact point (subject to charge).
Upon postage, you will receive a receipt from the post office. Keep the receipt. In case the package should be lost, we can only credit your account upon presentation of this receipt.

3. Crediting the return

Depending on your preference, we will refund the total amount within seven days upon receipt of the goods or
exchange the product for a new one.
