Basically, we differentiate our waste separation systems based on how and where they are set up or installed. The most important variants are:

Drawer and roller drawer pull-outs are ideal for extensive waste separation systems with many sorting areas. But we can also offer you intelligent sorting solutions with several compartments for base cabinets with a simple revolving door.

Müllex X-LINE: Our most modern waste separation system

Our most advanced waste separation system is currently the X-LINE. It is designed for installation in a drawer system. We offer the system, which is equipped with a total of seven waste bins, in different sizes.

This means that it can be installed not only in base cabinet drawers of different widths. Above all, different heights help to ensure that the X-LINE is also suitable for limited space. This applies, for example, when drain pipes and water pipes take up part of the available space.

The system's waste bins are compatible with standardized 17 and 35 liter bags.

The two additional trays that are installed above the waste bins are particularly practical. They provide a practical storage space for accessories that are needed when washing up. Sponges, brushes or washing-up liquid can be stored here.

How do innovative waste separation systems contribute to sustainability?

Waste separation is one of the most important steps in the sensible recycling of raw materials. In recent years, there has been considerable progress in the automatic separation of waste in waste recycling. Nevertheless, pre-sorting in households is still an important step in preserving valuable raw materials.

Recycling is also significantly less energy-intensive than the production of new raw materials. The prerequisite for this, however, is that enough well-sorted old raw materials are available.

Waste paper and organic biowaste, for example, should be separated from the other waste streams as early as possible. BOXX-R

In the BOXX-R waste separation system, we combine functionality and modern design. The roller drawer solution offers high stability. The pull-out system can carry up to 100 kilograms. This means that even larger quantities of waste can be easily collected using the easy-to-use separation system. The separate additional container can be easily removed from the frame and carried to the compost, for example.

In addition, the BOXX-R system - similar to the X-LINE - has a storage drawer. You can use it to store rubbish bags or cleaning utensils. There is also some storage space underneath the additional container, which is suitable for storing cleaning products, for example.

D-LINE

Our D-LINE is the ideal solution for base cabinets with a simple swing door. The round waste bin is hung in the cabinet with its own plastic hinge. When the door is opened, it swings out thanks to an innovative bayonet guide.

The bin is so large that it offers space for up to four waste bags. To do this, one or more dividers are simply mounted in the bin. They are used to clamp the waste bags. If necessary, the waste bin can be easily removed to clean it, for example.
